Not yet written ;) I've given Mark the skelton code to pass ADVAL
to a sideways ROM so he can add the required low-level code to it.
 
And I'm not promising anything, but I started writing USBFS in my
head on the four-hour replacement bus journey that was pretending
to be a train.
