Thanks a lot, that made all the difference. I noticed the original
component is marked as 220 uF 10V,105C while the one I installed is
220 uF 35V 105C as recommended.

After some swapping around the ROMs, I get it to boot into Basic. I'll
see what else I can make out of it; perhaps install a MMC interface or
even complete the 32K SWRAM hack. This is my secondary BBC B anyway.
