That's a Sega arcade board, right? Looks Motorola based, so maybe a 
System16 or something like that?

I'd be tempted to avoid "canned air" due to the low temperature (and 
comparatively high pressure) of the output air-stream...

This sounds more appropriate to me, if you're stuck for an air source. 
Set the heat to low, and hold it about 4-6" over the board. If the board 
becomes too hot to hold, it's too hot.
