They're all CHS interleaved except .ads and .adm, which are single sided.
.adl is the only one not in LBA order, and I prefer the extension .adm for
an LBA ordered ADFS-L image (representing a 160 track single sided disc),
though I rarely use it as interconversion is a Perl one-liner away.
