I know. :(

I mentioned both points to the organiser shortly before his last event, but
the suggestion seems to have fallen on deaf ears. :-/

Having all of the event info hidden away in a forum really isn't doing him any
favours, though I'll forward your feedback to Andy.

Just for clarification, to purchase a ticket you need to use the 'donate'
button on the front page of the site, and send ?4.50 (inclusive) per ticket
required.
