A truly rare breed. I happened upon an interesting forum a while back
where a respected American magazine was going to wait for a proper
release of Windows 7 so they can bring a balanced review, but they
hinted that they'd give it a 5 stars rating. One of the features they
expressly liked was that, on the same hardware it was faster than Vista.
It was pointed out that so is cold treacle, and Win7 couldn't match XP
doing the same stuff on the same hardware. Hehe, so one must wonder if a
beta version of a system which has already shown to be lesser than its
predecessor gets five stars, how influenced are they already? And let's
not even go into the realm of Apple's hypefest product releases... :-)
Best wishes,
Rick.
