Ah. Software->ROMs and Hardware->ROMs both pointed to ROM images.
Hardware->ROMs now points to the above area. (Give me the usual
time to actually upload it!)

Everything except ROM 15 and the last &600 bytes of ROM 14 can be
completely replaced.

In MOS 3.50 ADFS and DFS share code and need to be 4 ROM slots
apart from each other. If you remove the DFS, then ADFS will crash.
I'll dig around and document MOS 3.50 a bit more.
