I looked at several of the "More like this..." on the right side of the 
Nellie link (to be honest, I'd watch most of those clips!) and in each 
case the initial frame appears with:
   CLICK TO PLAY
and when you do:
   Not available in your area

This is pretty much for ANYTHING video that is hosted on bbc.co.uk
