Ok, it took me nearly two years, sorry, but here's the scan of the manual:

This is scanned from the proof copy of the manual I was given, not the
final version, which I do not recall ever having. It's got an OCR
layer, so  should be searchable, etc.  I've not checked it past the
first couple of pages, due to lack of time, but it looked like it did
fairly well at recognising everything.
