It certainly doesn't look like one to me - and there's no A4000 in the
listing. Apparently there's one A5000, one A310 and one A3000.

I've bought stuff worse than that and got a good amount of it working,
then managed to sell a bunch of it on eBay. The broken stuff provided
plenty of spares too. I didn't know what to do with the monitors at
the time, and it was people on this list who persuaded me to have a go
at fixing them.

I reckon - from personal experience - that most of that would probably
work and clean up quite well. It's a bit too far away from me though;
I don't mind the 380-mile round trip, but unfortunately I don't
currently have the time or money for any more stuff like that!
