Subject: Stuttering Master

I have a Master that senses each keypress twice, so I get the effect of 
**CCOONNFFIIGGUURREE. I have changed the keyboard and the problem 
persists, so it is presumably the motherboard.

Has anyone seen this before? I'm guessing its an actual fault, rather 
than an obscure jumper setting or the side-effect of some sort of comms 
ROM (just clutching at straws).
