I can highly recommend RetroClinic's DataCentre. It gives you an  
internal CF-based ADFS hard disk, as well as the ability to directly  
access FAT32-formatted USB sticks. You can also load SSDs and DSDs off  
the stick and import them into four RAM-based virtual DFS floppy drives.

You can still access normal DFS and ADFS floppy disks, and can even  
create SSDs and DSDs from those disks.

And no, Mark isn't paying me anything to say all this - but he really  
should be. ;)
