Alright, some bad news:

I've pulled the video off the camera and, as I feared, the sound  
quality is awful, being recorded from the back of a room in which many  
other people were talking. There seems little point in uploading a  
massive 30-minute video when you won't be able to hear anything.

But just in case anyone is really desperate, I've made available an  
MP3 of the audio track. If anyone has magic ears, perhaps they might  
be able to transcribe it. You can just about hear Steve, but I think  
most of the questions are utterly inaudible.
