Subject: Micro Men - theme music

I'm sure it was used as a TV theme... the Cream forum says it's similar
to Johnny Ball's music so maybe I'm thinking of that.
But I'm pretty sure it was a current affairs thing, a la World in Action
or the Brian Walden thing. Ring any bells...?
