Hi, I'm in France ... weather question-mark?

I looked up "hanaru" in my little dictionary, in my port of Jiten, plus 
at http://www.animelab.com/anime.manga/dictionary and I can't find a 
definition of this word.
Google tells me Hanaru is a place in Iraq. Go figure...
