&0090-&00FD : OS use - DO NOT TOUCH!
&00FD-&00FE : Pointer to last error
&00FF       : Escape flag
&0100-&01FF : 6502 machine stack
&0200-&0235 : Vectors
&0235-&03FF : OS use - NO NOT TOUCH!
&0400-&07FF : Current language/foreground program use
&0800       : Lowest possible bottom of user memory (PAGE)
&F800       : Highest possible top of user memory (HIMEM)
