Something to watch with this Thunderbird add-on is that it adds the
"Reply to List" icon in the toolbar only when the *current* message
has list management data in its headers.  This means that the icons
to the right of the reply options jump about as you navigate a
folder.  I found when speed-processing a folder I was prone to
printing some messages when I meant to delete them....
