Hmmm.  I'm using TB 2.0.0.23 and the add-on announces itself as 0.4.3 -
a version which I've had for some time, and which isn't available
from http://www.juergen-ernst.de/addons/replytolist.html ?!?

The first issue sounds like your filtering :-)  I can't explain the
second issue, the list management headers are present in my email.
Anyway, I've hit "Reply to List" just for you.
