This list is currently provided by a mailman server. I have a mailman server
running the domesday mailing list and it is very easy to select the reply
to, it can be done through the web admin page or by issuing command line
instructions.

James doesn't seem to monitor the list or is away or something as he has
made no comment on the issue even to a direct email sent to him.
