Look who I found.  :)

Alive and well, so the list is in no imminent danger of disappearance.

Judging from the most recent discussion, I don't think the majority of
regular members would really want to split off a new list just over
this reply-to behaviour issue so hopefully we can draw a line under
the mutiny, for now at least ...
