They're not being used on a standard 6502 2p
running Tube OS 1.10. But that doesn't mean
they're not reserved for future use.

In general, it shouldn't matter whether your
code runs on the I/O side or on the 2p side.
So only what is free on the I/O side should
be considered to be free on the 2p side.
