Subject: New Retro Auction Website

Actually there are quite a few vintage computing/gaming auction sites out
there. Here are two of the ones I sometimes visit:

http://www.gamegavel.com/
http://marketplace.vintage-computer.com/

My dream would be that 2-3 sites try to join forces. Use the same auction
software, same categories, same user base. As it currently stands, Game
Gavel is mostly focused on video games and the US market. I would think an
European site and/or one better focused on vintage computers can find its
use, but preferrably those sites would be linked together to get a maximum
user base.

Some constructive criticism about Sell my Retro: Get rid of the launch year
for each system. It belongs in a wiki, but not in a category listing. As it
stands right now, it looks like some categories have more than 1900 items
for sale while in practise there are none!

Best regards
