Subject: Update for DOSFS users

Hi all,
Just a quick note to announce that DOSFS 1.18 is now available.

Main changes are
 * Now supports OSFile A=7 for *CREATE on a Master
 * Extended attribute fields now set to zero so Windows XP doesn't complain
   when a disc is checked with CHKDSK
 * Rounding algorithm changed so Windows Explorer and command line DIR show
   the same date stamps
 * Catalogue listings tweaked to match LanManFS
 * All reported bugs fixed

Existing users can upgrade from any earlier version by returning the
original ROM along with a "large letter" stamp for return, or the equivalent
return postage via PayPal.
