Subject: Island Logic - The Music System
Me again..
Here is my second offering. Once again a great fun time (though not nearly
as many hours as for The Hobbit) getting the protection off Island Logic's
Music System for the Beeb. I bought it way back when.. and thought a
protection removal and image creation exercise might be fun to share.
Find it here:

MusicSys.zip contains MusicSys.ssd which is a bootable single sided 80 track
image version of the main system disc. It works on pretty much any kind of
Beeb and emulator.
It does "work" when run from ADFS/CF etc. however it really expects to be
run from a DFS based drive - making music file loading problematic on
anything else. So DTRAP is the best approach with RetroClinic's DataCentre,
and it should also work with MMBeeb as is.
The other .zips contain various sample music files from some of the PD
libraries floating around the web.
I haven't been able to locate scans of the manual on the web, however I do
have the original manual here and will be scanning it and the accompanying
function key strip as soon as I get a chance.
Once again, feel free to grab it.
Happy music making!
