Is that a modem on top of the beeb?   I suppose we should be grateful
that they didn't use a picture of a Spectrum - I don't know what it is
about the BBC these days but they seem almost embarrassed about the
BBC Micro, hardly ever referring to it in any of the computer history
stuff they do.

What /still/ bugs me, however, is that there was not even a mention of
the 30th anniversary of the launch of Prestel ... It's one of the
reasons that spurred me on to develop www.viewdata.org.uk   Yet
"dotcoms" get a feature, when it wasn't even a UK invention..
