The circuit diagram goes to a PIC to control a  HT9200A DTMF generator, 
- not much use without the PIC code, but you could post the chap and ask 
for it nicely. Looks simple to build. If I could find it in  a DIL 
package rather than SMD, I'd have a go myself, so far I've found a 16 
pin DIL HT9200B. This allows use of a matrix as well as a data input.
