That copy isn't edited, I don't believe - it's from an early release
which included that bug.  There are other later versions which contain
a fixed copy of the map that you can copy across.  There are a lot of
big Repton fans over at STH and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to
debate any aspect of any level with you ... :)
