Subject: Update to ARM coprocessor software

Hi,
Owners of an ARM7TDMI coprocessor can now update their ARM Tube OS software
from
  http://www.sprow.co.uk/bbc/armcopro.htm
the majority of changes are to help applications authors add extension
software.

The OS_Claim/OS_AddToVector and OS_Release and
OS_CallAVector/OS_GenerateEvent SWIs have been added so that things such as
unknown star commands and unknown SWI numbers are now vectored.
Similarly, events from the host (such as the 50Hz VSync event) are passed to
EventV on the coprocessor.

There's also a minor fix to BASIC, and the behaviour of *GOS if followed by
a reset.

If you don't have an ARM coprocessor there's now a new batch available to
buy including a limited number of 32MB ones,
Sprow.
