Subject: DCBeeb.. like MMBeeb but for DataCentre

Since I spent most my time over the past couple of weeks getting Lord of the 
Rings revamped, I didn't have much time to spend on DCBEEB. I have found and 
fixed the problem that was preventing it being run directly from the USB 
(Drive 5), though.

I've updated the bits here (including updated ReadMe with instructions):

All that is required on NVRAM drive 4 now is !BOOT, which results in a much 
faster boot and menu display.
