Hi,

Perhaps I'm the only BASIC Editor user left :) but if there are other
regular users of it, they may be interested in this slightly modified
version:

- New auto save command

- Defaults to insert mode and black background

- SAVE updates program name

- R means RUN rather than RENUMBER

- Program name more visible

- Simple REM> support

It seems to have been behaving itself, so I thought I'd make it available!

I don't appear to have broken anything, but I'm not a particularly
sophisticated user of it -- so let me know if you find otherwise.
