As your collection grows, so does the definition of "remotely popular". :-D
Personally I favor those less successful ones that had something unique yet
didn't make it.

I can't see anyone mentioning the Sord M5, while being a Japanese computer
obviously was sold in the UK by the CGL brand as well as in Japan (?) by
Takara. By your definition of "remotely popular" it should fit into the list
and is somewhat affordable too. Games and applications for it however are
close to damned impossible to find, a fate it shares with several of the
other computers in your collection.

Regarding the Dragons, it should be noted those were sold under the Tano
brand in USA, perhaps Canada too? Quite odd if you ask me to sell a TRS-80
CoCo clone in the country of the CoCo, but then again we've seen all sorts
of licensed and unlicensed clones sold in various parts of the world so I
suppose it didn't stop Tano Dragon from trying to get a market share. I
suppose though they made even less impact on the US market than both Timex
Sinclair and Acorn did.

Best regards
