Subject: Power supply
Hi,
I have a basic A7000 board, plus a standard (switchmode) BBC power
supply. I've managed to get the board running from just +5V and +12V
(don't know if that's all it needs?) and I'd like to know if this is a
reasonable comination. I don't know the output capabilities of the BBC
PSU, nor do I know the requirements of the A7000 board.
I would, later, look to adding a NIC [*] and a small harddisc.
* - which reminds me - if anybody has a RiscPC style network card
available/unwanted, please email me.
Requirements are: must work with !Internet (i.e. DCI4), and
must have RJ45 connection.
Best wishes,
Rick.
