Yes. Any keyboard that used a key matrix does this due to basic
fundamental electrics. Once three keys on the corners of a
rectangle have been pressed together, the electricity can also
flow as though the fourth corner has been pressed.

If you're re-using any BBC series keyboard, then the ghosting
will happen automatically due to the way electricity works. If
you're not re-using a BBC series keyboard, it gets fiddly, as
you then get ghosting from the actual wiring of the keyboard
you are using and have the difficulty of overlaying that with
the emulated ghosting of the emulated keyboard.

As you seem to be reusing a BBC series keyboard, I'd recommend
allowing the ghosting through, it's what would have really
happened.
