Out of curiosity I just had a quick look on ebay and there do actually
seem to be a few of them around. For example:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-PORT-10BASE-T-BNC-UPLINK-CENTRECOM-RH505BE-MICRO-HUB-/140423900639?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Computing_NetworkingHubs_RL&hash=item20b1eaaddf

(Dual media hubs will always be restricted to 10baseT on the UTP side:
if you particularly wanted 100baseT then you would need a switch/bridge
rather than a hub.)

There are a few folks selling terminators as well, e.g.:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-X-BNC-Terminator-Plug-50-ohm-NEW-/130405648673?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Computing_NetworkingTools_Accessories_SM&hash=item1e5cc84921

So, if you did want to go down that route, it probably wouldn't be too
hard to get hold of the right things. But, unless you have other
reasons to want to operate a 10base2 network, I suspect you would
probably still be better off buying an AUI transceiver for your A420
instead. :-}
