Yes, it does! :-) (at least here in the US, can't remember where Rick is)

Pet peeve with the beeb's online content is that they don't make it clear 
up-front about what works where; if only they made it obvious that "this link 
only works in the UK" or whatever, people might be a little more careful about 
when and how they tried to share links in an international context.

It's great that they have all this online content, and I can understand that 
there are restrictions involved due to rights and copyright concerns - I just 
have issues with the way they market it online as though it's available to 
everyone when that's often not the case.
