I don't know about the Oric (but I suspect it'll work as from memory,
I think it's got an RGB output), but I have experience of using one
with a Spectrum +2. It'll work but you won't get all 15 colours -
you'll just get the basic 8 without being able to see any blocks with
the BRIGHT attribute set.

I'm not sure what would happen if it was an IBM CGA version of a Cub -
I still have one in its CGA configuration, the other I converted for
use with a Beeb by replacing the back panel connector with one off a
metal-cased one, removing the PROM panel and reconfiguring the
internal jumpers.
