I should point out that by "redirect" I meant that it played a
recording to them offering them the chance to re-dial on the 070
number, if they couldn't 1470 to reveal their number.  If they did so,
I might condescend to answer them (but even then, only after it asked
them who they were, then offered us the call with a chance to reject
them!)   That way, they got charged 33p+/min for the ability to call
me from a withheld number.
