It depends whether you want to expend money or effort.
As Andrew suggested, if you don't mind spending quite a lot of money, then a
Retroclinic DataCentre is a flexible option. If you feel you can't afford
that then the Retroclinic (or alternative) IDE / CF card interfaces are a
cheaper option.
If you don't mind making up a complicated cable, and have a PC reasonably
close to your Beeb, then the John Kortink "65link" software is pretty good,
and is free.
Otherwise, you're down to serial transfer, provided you have a cable, or
finding a PC with a 5.25" floppy drive, and using Omniflop or similar to
write to BBC floppies.
