I automatically dispose of everything with THE SUBJECT LINE OR FROM
LINE ALL IN CAPS, with more than three multiple!!!!! characters or
with no realworld name in the From line.

Gets rid of most stuff. If real people can't be arsed to configure
their mail client to declare a realworld name, or can't be arsed
to type in lower case, then it's their problem that I never receive
their email.
