Subject: Reversing the Tube ULA

A recent thread in c.s.a.h, 'Acorn 15KHz RGB output and upscalers!',
where I suggested to Theo Markettos than an oil rig in the VIDEOPROC
socket would be a good spot for a scan rate converter, and he queried
the availability of a circuit for the VIDEOPROC, makes me think that if
this sort of reverse engineering was to be undertaken that VIDEOPROC
should be done as well as TUBE.
