Odd. If the BASIC ROM was unplugged and you issued a *Basic command you'd
get (after passing around ROMs and the filing system) 'Bad command' not
'Basic not found'. You'd get that if you tried to load a nonexistant
file called 'Basic' on filing systems that suppoer named errors (eg
SJ MDFS, HADFS).

Can you give more information?
