I did think about this, but given all the discussion about bandwidth
and "headers only", wondered if that might not be the solution to the
off-topic messages eating into someone's moblie bandwidth usage.

Or are people not putting [OT] in the subject when they should? I
haven't taken much notice, as I usually read all the messages, just
skimming over the ones that don't interest me that much.
