Rerunning http://mdfs.net/User/JGH/Develop/FindErrors over ADFS finds
it: "Data lost, channel xxx" which is ideal. It's an error that occurs
during random access, which is exactly the situation for PDP BASIC.

I'll leave FindErrors running over the whole server to update the
online list...
