Yes, I would actually like to apologise to anybody who has had to
struggle through my code in its crunched form.

When ever I gave it somebody on disc both forms where there, its just
the download from Rick's site where its missing.

This was only ever done for performance and size, not for deliberate
obfuscation.  My intention always was that it should be what we would
now call open source.

Unfortunately I am notoriously bad at web sites, I never seem to get
around to the HTML so awserver has never had a proper home of its own.
I am very grateful to Rick for making it available for the last god
knows how long really.
