Here's a dead-simple test:

   Do you have a choke lever?


If you've not looked, it is usually an odd little lever or flap in an 
inconvenient place, with a logo that looks like Saturn in a box.


If you have a choke, you don't have an ECU.

If you don't have a choke, you DO have an ECU.
