I've been having a bit of a look at the online Rover technical docs
to see what signals might be around to monitor. I had sort-of hoped
to find speed and fuel level, as combining that with time-passed
would give fuel consumption rate.

It does have an ECU, with various input and output signals that I
might be able to play with.
