I never understood those who would buy things such as a complete M512
just to... keep it. I mean, what's the point if it doesn't provide you
with service?
Of course, when I look at the prices that are fetched for stuff I used
to play with when I was a kid - an original Donkey Kong brought back
from Osaka before it was available in Europe (! plus instructions that
were completely incomprehensible!), AstroWarriors which was a sort of
fluorescent game display panel beneath a giant magnifying glass
'screen'... Wow.
But the Valiant Turtle fetching something like ?125+ on eBay recently -
that's just mind-boggling.

I'd be interested if anybody had any bits of ARX. It'd be interesting to
see what was envisaged and how far it got (and how much it differs from
RISC OS).
