I have one of those, quite a few made it to Australia.  

Though I have never seen the shielded keyboard here.  Mine has the more
standard Beeb keyboard and didn't have the speech chips.  

The British speech chips were incredibly rare here, they were almost
always the American ones.  

I think my UNB09 was dead last time I tried it, it may just be the PSU,
but I haven't had need to look further.  I kept it because it is such a
curiosity compared to the standard Beeb.
