To be fair the original message did sound as though we should all know what 
DDRC is (Deaf & Dum Rockers Convention maybe ?) and as if it should be local 
to most of us. The subsequent reaction was perhaps a bit harsh but perhaps 
in future it would be good to remember that we are a widely dispersed membership, 
some not even in the UK so perhaps a little more information in such posts
such as the full name of the event and where geographically it is might prove
useful to the rest of us that haven't a clue what your talking about.
