Subject: SW-RAM Questions
Although I've not personally tried it (yet), a 48Z35 should also work, and
give you internal battery backup, and power down protection all in one chip.
Then all you'd need to wire is the /WR, the extra address line, and a switch
for read disable, incase you crash it.
